You know lately, I've been runnin' In new directions It's been so long, since I've run out that door And I've been makin' new connections It's so eeeeasy Seein' things like I've never seen And I don't even know the reason Could be a sign of the times Is love, or new affection? Or maybe, something more? One, Two, Three, Four There's no need for confrontation Take it eeeeasy, I'm just cruisin' to my own kind of drum And there's no need for you to worry I'm in no hurry, And soon I'll be, where I need Maybe love is half the answer It's always kept me on the line Or maybe I'm just gettin' lucky? Or maybe, something more? One, Two, Three, Four

The falling leaves Drift by the window The autumn leaves Of red and gold I see your lips The summer kisses The sunburned hands I used to hold Since you went away The days grow long And soon I'll hear Old winter's song The falling leaves Drift by the window The autumn leaves Of red and gold I see your lips The summer kisses The sunburned hands I used to hold Since you went away The days grow long And soon I'll hear Old winter's song

about

Recorded in Newport Beach and Isla Vista, California during August 2017. All pictures were taken by the Pagliassotti and Roccia families, summer 1997.
I hope you have as much fun listening to this as I did making it (and hopefully take it a little less seriously too). Support live music, register to vote, and tell someone how much you love them today. Thanks for listening!

about

Delta Dagger California

John Pagliassotti is the songwriter & primary musician behind Delta Dagger.

In late 2017, Orange County-based Delta Dagger Music Enterprises invented a songwriting & music production AI named Ulysses. After forcing Ulysses to listen to Spotify’s playlists for 3 weeks straight, the AI opened a Garageband project, created some MIDI tracks, & hit record. These are the results.
